Independent software studioLuna Maze

Quiet software, precisely made.

An independent studio in India, established in 2026. Six focused products for the mind, the phone and the desk, each designed, engineered and finished by one builder.

  1. Every product begins as a question.
  2. We follow each one all the way to the end.
  3. At the centre, the same answer: your attention, returned.
IThe studio

In which a studio decides to make fewer things, and to finish them.

A studio for the work that lasts.

We make a small number of things, slowly, and we finish them. Tools for the mind, the phone and the desk, each built as if one person will live inside it for years. No growth hacks. No dark patterns. Just the shortest honest path from what you meant to do to having done it.

IIThe works

In which we walk through six rooms, each with its own light.

Six rooms in the maze.

A recovery companion, a launcher, a developer tool, a typing test, a game and an app cloner. Different rooms, one rule: nothing ships until the craft is right.

IIIThe method

In which four doors are opened, and the rules behind them written down.

How the studio builds.

  1. Door 01

    Private by architecture

Where a product can work without a server, it does. Kern works offline, with anonymous usage counts only if you opt in. Axiom keeps the journal on the phone and its database refuses to store it.

  2. Door 02

    Fast is a feature

TypeCrt answers keystrokes with no framework in the way. Kern ranks results before your thumb changes its mind. Speed is designed in, not tuned in later.

  3. Door 03

    Honest by default

Plain prices, real trials, no countdown timers, no invented numbers. Axiom’s urge tool opens for anyone, even on the purchase screen.

  4. Door 04

    Made to last

Fewer products, finished properly and kept improving. Each one is designed as if a single person will live inside it for years.

In which the builder signs the work, with a name and nothing more.

Made by Shadowline.

VIQuestions

In which the obvious questions get plain answers.

Questions, answered plainly.

About the studio and its products. Anything else, write to hello@lunamaze.com.

What is Luna Maze?

Luna Maze is an independent, bootstrapped software studio based in India, established in 2026. It designs and builds focused products for the mind, the phone and the desk: Axiom (a private recovery companion for iPhone and Android), Kern (a private Android launcher), Tether ADB (wireless ADB and device control for Windows), TypeCrt (a CRT-style typing test), Drift (a precision puzzle game) and Twinsy (app copies for Android).

Who founded Luna Maze?

Luna Maze was founded and is run by Shadowline, a solo developer who designs, engineers and writes every product. The studio has no investors and no outside team.

When was Luna Maze established?

Luna Maze was established in 2026. The studio is based in India and is independently funded by its founder. The studio website launched on 25 May 2026.

Is Luna Maze related to the band of the same name?

No. Luna Maze at lunamaze.com is a software studio. It is not connected to other projects that share the name, such as the music group Luna Maze.

What does Luna Maze make?

Six products and one experiment. Axiom helps people quit porn with a 30-day program and a journal that stays on the phone. Kern replaces the Android home screen with fast local search and an honest daily record. Tether ADB pairs Android phones to Windows over Wi-Fi by QR code and mirrors the screen. TypeCrt is a CRT-style typing test with adaptive practice. Drift is a puzzle game in closed testing. Twinsy manages extra app accounts on Android and is in closed testing. Genesis is a free terraforming sandbox that runs in the browser.

Is Axiom free?

Axiom is a paid app. The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; the annual plan has no trial. The Lighthouse urge tool and data export and deletion stay open without a subscription, and no account is needed to subscribe.

Is Tether ADB free?

Yes. Tether ADB is a free download for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). It bundles adb and scrcpy, so wireless QR pairing, screen mirroring, logcat, the shell and file management work with nothing else to install.

Does Kern collect my data?

Kern has no account, cloud sync, ads or third-party tracking. Search ranking, notes and daily records stay on the phone. Anonymous usage counts are off by default; if you enable them, they never include app names, notes, notifications or searches. You can inspect and erase those counts in Settings.

Where can I use TypeCrt?

TypeCrt runs in the browser at typecrt.com. Open it and start typing; there is no sign-up wall. It offers 80 themes, practice that targets weak keys, a keyboard command palette and published formulas for every score.

When will Drift be released?

Drift is in closed testing on Google Play. It was paused so Axiom and TypeCrt could ship first, and it is next in line. There is no public release date yet; you can ask for test access by email.

How does Luna Maze approach privacy?

Each product is built so that the most sensitive data never needs to leave the device. Kern keeps apps, notes, searches, and daily records on the phone, with anonymous counts only if you opt in. Axiom keeps journal text, trigger names and reset reasons on the phone; optional sign-in backs up only streak dates and mood scores. The detailed policies are published for each product.

How can I contact Luna Maze?
