Privacy information for the LM Studios app manager. The Play edition is for adults (18+). The manager is free and ad-free during testing; availability and copied-app compatibility vary by build.
Who makes this app
Twinsy is a product of LM Studios, the studio behind Luna Maze at lunamaze.com. Contact hello@lunamaze.com with questions about the manager or this policy. This information describes the manager. Apps you choose to run inside it have their own developers, services and privacy policies.
Information used on your phone
The app picker reads launchable installed app names, package identifiers and icons so you can choose an app to copy. The manager keeps the copy list, copy names, preferences and engine-managed app data on your phone. You do not need an LM Studios account for this testing build. It does not implement LM Studios cloud backup or a studio analytics service.
Who the Play edition is for
The Play edition is listed for adults aged 18 and over. It does not ask for or store a date of birth. Profiles saved by earlier test builds, which stored only a local age-band result, are no longer used and are removed when you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
Copied apps and online services
A copied app runs code supplied by that app's developer. It can contact its own servers and third-party services, display its own advertising, and process information you enter or allow it to access. Signing in, messages, location, orders and other activity in a copied app are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Ad-free access here means the manager does not insert ads; it does not block advertising inside copied apps.
Permissions are shared by the manager
Android grants permissions to the manager's app identity. Copies run within that boundary, so permission access is not an independent Android permission sandbox for each copy. Camera, microphone, contacts, photos, media, Bluetooth, location and notifications can be used by copied apps when Android access is granted and the integration is supported. Allow only what you need. You can revoke access in Android Settings. Granting access in Android Settings can affect every copy under the same host identity.
Notifications and Google services
Some builds forward supported copies to the phone’s Google services and notification system. Message delivery can involve Google and the app provider; the manager may route delivery payloads to the selected copy and display notifications on its behalf. The Play edition disables a Google-service caller-identity rewrite, so Google-dependent sign-in, maps, location or push delivery may be unavailable and need retesting. The personal edition retains its existing integration. Unknown or ambiguous sender routes are not delivered to several accounts.
Payments and external apps
A copied app may open an original payment, browser or sign-in app on your phone. That app and its provider process the information needed for the handoff. The current manager test build has no advertising SDK, in-app purchase integration or paid licence requirement. It does not ask you to give LM Studios a payment PIN, password or one-time code.
Diagnostics and support
Technical diagnostics can include app package names, component names, copy identifiers and error details in Android's local logs. The manager does not include an automatic LM Studios crash-upload service in this build. If you choose to email support or share a log, we receive what you send. Review logs and screenshots first and remove account details, message contents, passwords and payment information. Support correspondence is used to respond and investigate the issue.
Removal, storage and security
Removing a copy deletes its engine-managed local app data when the removal succeeds. This does not delete an online account with that app's provider or files you exported to shared storage. Android's Clear storage or uninstall removes the manager's local storage. A dashboard PIN controls access to the library; it does not encrypt guest data. This hosted runtime does not provide the same isolation boundary as separate Android user profiles.
Changes and contact
This information must be updated if advertising, purchases, analytics, cloud storage or other data handling changes. Third-party app behavior can also change independently of this manager. For questions or a request concerning information you sent directly to LM Studios, contact hello@lunamaze.com. The studio website is https://lunamaze.com/.
